At PAWMINGOS™, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Please read our policy below before requesting a return or refund.


30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item sent by us
  • A product damaged during shipping

we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return procedure.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.


Donation Commitment

A portion of profits from every qualifying purchase is donated to legally registered animal shelters and nonprofit rescue organizations.

If an order is refunded, the corresponding donation allocation for that order will not be included in future donation distributions.

Small recommendation

If you're using Shopify with suppliers or a fulfillment partner, you may want to extend the return window to 60 days instead of 30. A longer return policy often increases customer confidence and can improve conversion rates, especially for first-time buyers. If you do that, simply replace "30 days" with "60 days" throughout the policy.
